Expansion/Contraction

Expansion is the easy part. 

The “working out,” the doing. In reality, all you have to do is turn up at a class, sign up for a training program.

Someone then guides you through the entire process.

The contraction is the other half though. The unseen. The sleep, the good food, the nature, the meditation, the walking, the fluoride free water… the list goes on.

We love talk, post, claim the expansion – how much we did, how far we ran etc.

The other side though is not so sexy.

The masses focus on the expansion, the minority focuses on both.

When you focus on the contraction and the expansion, the results are naturally exceptional and life-long.
